3rd Grade Happenings

Third grade is hard at work. We have now finished our social studies and will be starting science this semester. We have also finished our cursive handwriting and now will be writing mostly everything in cursive. The third graders are excited to be starting on keyboarding in the spring. Our class will also be getting ready for the State Assessments coming up in the spring time.
Before our winter break the Concordia Rotary Club came and presented dictionaries to all the third graders. We also had Nolan Carlson come to the school and talk about his books called Summer and Shiner. The third graders really enjoyed all the fun things he did and talked about.
Hopefully our spring semester will be just as much fun as our fall semester was.
