Basketball Season Begins

The boy’s basketball team saw some growth through the Tescott tournament. They ran close with the Tescott team losing 42-51 only to return, out of sorts, against Quivera Heights losing 38-74. There wasn’t a lot of ball control and tempo control during that game. The boy’s had to turn around the next day against Rock Hills and brought a different game that day. There was better control than had been seen during the game the day before. The scoring was spread out amongst the starters, with better passing and screening. The boy’s led the majority of the game and let up on their focus at the end losing 34-35.
They continue to work on their screening, passing, and rebounding as they move to the Christmas break. They should return with a fresh outlook on the continuation of the season and be ready to move forward. The player’s appreciate all your support.
