Strong Showing for Warrior Track and Field
Beloit Relays Results

The Warrior Track and Field teams competed at the Beloit Relays last Friday. The guys squad was lead by Zach Demars who took second in the long jump and fourth in a stacked triple jump. Chase Gumm placed fifth in the javelin. The Girls squad started the meet strong and ended the meet strong. The girls team finished tied for sixth place out of 18 teams and they were only 3 points from third place. The girls team was lead by Bryanna Cool, Catherine Wallace and Nicole Demars but also had strong performances by Janae Perkins and Alisha Castro. Cool took second in the triple jump and third in the 400m dash and was a part of the third place 4 x 400m relay team. Demars took second in the High jump, fourth in the 300m hurdles and was also a part of the third place 4 x 400m relay team. Wallace placed fourth in the shot put, fourth in the 100m hurdles and fifth in the long jump.
