The Junior High Warrior football team started their season off Thursday night vs. the Tescott Trojans. The Warriors found themselves only up 12-8 at halftime because of a slew of penalties that cost them crucial field position. In the second half the Warriors got things rolling on offense scoring from the air and on the ground scoring 28 points in the second half to win the game 40-8. The defense was stifling all night long holding the Trojans to only one touchdown on the night as the Warriors gang tacked and flew to the ball with great effort and passion.
The Warriors have a great test next week as they take on the Rock Hills Jr. Grizzlies in Miltonvale.
