The 2009-2010 school year has begun!!! Students in 5th through 8th grades are reading, reading, reading. Each class has expressed shock to be back in school already as they believe the summer went by too quickly. They are working hard to get into the routine of being back in school and focusing on what is being taught.
There are 17 eighth graders at Glasco Grade School. Shara Arnold, Morgan Cool, Dakota Cooper, Bradley Dintelman, Bryan Dintelman, Dana Heidrick, Lance Heller, Kelsi Hicks, Kinsi Hicks, Alyssa Junek, Haylie Kingsley, Kathleen McAlister, Jason McDaniel, Braydon Prochaska, Amber Robinson, Molly Schmidt, and Jordin Stein.
Yes, we do have two sets of twins!
The eighth grade class has been asked to provide leadership and be good role models for the younger classes in the building. Hopefully, they will realize the younger students look up to them and try to imitate them, so their good behavior can make a difference in the overall atmosphere at school.
