Glasco NHS Inducts New Members for 2010

On Tuesday, April 20, 2010, the Glasco High School chapter of the National Honor Society held their annual banquet for NHS members, their parents, faculty, and administration at the Glasco Grade School cafeteria. The chapter welcomed Kylie Cool, daughter of Laurie and Kelly Cool, Glasco; Frank Waite, son of Cheryl and Frank Waite, Delphos; Madison Davis, daughter of Tracy and Dondi Davis, Glasco; Laura Darnall, daughter of Kelli and Todd Darnall, Glasco; and Tyler Pinnell, son of Marlene and Cory Pinnell. These five new members join returning members Karmyn Heberly, daughter of Ann and Lee Heberly, Glasco; Chase Gumm, son of Marilee and Rocky Gumm, Glasco; and Bryanna Cool, daughter of Laurie and Kelly Cool, Glasco.
Membership in the National Honor Society is through election by the high school faculty based on the standards of character, leadership, service, and academic achievement, maintaining a grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Student members are expected to continue to their contributions to the school, community, and others, as well as provide positive role models for others. Please join us in congratulating these students on their accomplishments.
