Kindergarten Activities

The School day is very busy for the kindergarten class.  The following are some activities they have been involved with since the start of school.

During the day the Kindergartners have Work Stations.  Garett is working at a sorting station and Alisha is working at the puzzle station. 

    

New School year.....New supplies.....New Friends!  Evan shows us a class favorite, Catalina Magdalina Hoopensteiner Wallendiner Hogan Logan Bogan Was Her Name! 

Hannah has new markers to start the year.

Angel is showing us her new pencils for Kindergarten. 

We have been working on the letters Ss and Mm.  Matt shows us Max the Moose that he made.  Max likes things that start with the letter m.....like movies, macaroni, and M & M's.    Storm is shown with his Smelly Skunk. 

Lucas is excited to start the year with a new bookbag! 

The Kindergartners are Book Buddies with the 3rd Grade Class.  Georgianna and Autumn enjoy a book together.

Emily and Ryan share a story during Book Buddy time.

Lea Kuhlmann came to the Kindergarten class to tell us about Germany.  She showed us the German flag and the "quiet sign" they use in German schools.  She even sang the ABC's and counted for us in German!

  

During Spirit week, Traveling Teddy spent the week with the Kindergarten class.  Hannah is shown holding Traveling Teddy on Tropical Day during Spirit Week.  He watched the students make leis and practice spelling their names on their visor hats.  Then Teddy is off to Germany to spend time with Lea's family and learn about life in Germany!
