SC vs Thunder Ridge

WARRIORS TAKE ON LONGHORNS

The Warriors continued on the road at Kensington to take on the Thunder Ridge Longhorns.  The first quarter the two teams played a tough physical game with the Warriors on top 9-7.  The second quarter was not as good for the Warriors being outscored 17-5, trailing at half 24-14.  The Warriors did not come out of the locker room in their normal fashion, only scoring one point in the third quarter, trailing 29-15.  The fourth quarter the Longhorns outscoring the Warriors 20-6 and winning the game 49-21.  Leading the way for the Warriors was Levi Cool with 7 points followed by Kye Chase and Trenton Welch with 6 points each. Bryson Schmidt and Dante Peterson added one point each. The Warriors only made 8 out 28 shots, shooting only 29 % from the field.  The Warriors turned the ball over 23 times for the game. The Warriors finished the game with 2 starters sitting on the bench with 5 fouls and two others with 4 fouls each.
