Junior High Warriors Are Small In Numbers Again!
For the second straight year the Southern Cloud Warriors will be playing with only 6 players for 6 man football. It was hoped that there would be more players this year but it didn’t happen. This year’s “Iron Man Warriors” are Noah Demars, Donovan Peterson, Logan Haley (our only 8th grader), Cole Liby, Toby Fowler, and Mark Paillet.
“We have been really working hard to get ready for the season. The heat has been a factor in what we have been able to accomplish in practice, but I’ve been very proud of the work our guys have put in. We will give it our best effort this season.” said Warrior Coach Rick Hatfield.
The Warriors play their 1st game at Tescott on Thursday night at 6:00 PM. It is a football game only because the volleyball team hasn’t had enough practices yet due to Covid -19.
