Lady Warriors Season Finale

The Lady Warriors put together a great game against Natoma. Warriors found themselves behind early in the game down 4-12 after quarter one. The Warriors came out in man defense and was able to slow down Natoma and the Warriors offense exploded with two three pointers by Emma. Warriors lead the game at halftime by 18-17. The defensive pressure continued to help the Lady Warriors to pull away with the lead and ended up winning 32-22. Leading scoring was Emma with 14 points. Warriors had to face Axtell in the Quarter finals on Friday which was a hard task for the Warriors. We did come out fast and played well but the match up with the size and numbers of Axtell was something we couldn’t over come. The Warriors never gave up and continued to fight hard which showed as Kaycee had 12 points in the game. The Lady Warrior showed a lot of perseverance with a new coach and offense this season. Look out for next year as The Warriors are going to be a team with something to show. Total points for the week.
