SC Lady Warrior Season Finale

Lady Warriors Wrap-Up Season
The Warriors traveled to Downs to end their regular season. They faced Natoma first. The Warriors played together well and won the match in two sets: 27-25; 25-14. Then they faced the Knights once again. The first set was well played, but the Warriors fell short by 5 points. The next set the Warriors could not match the powerful serving and hitting of the Knights. Final scores were 20-25; 12-25.
The Warriors season came to an end at sub-state in Axtell, where they played the home team. Axtell had a full roster and a home court advantage. The Warriors showed up to play but were outmatched by size and experience. The final scores were: 11-25; 10-25.
The Warriors thank their two seniors, Kaycee Waite and Georgia Rolph for their leadership and skills they brought to the team this year. They will be missed. This young team has continued to develop and improve throughout the season and look forward to what next year will bring.
