SC Football vs Burrton 9/8/23

Your Southern Cloud Warriors had their first home game on Friday at Lobaugh Field. We kicked off the game at 7 and there was a very nice crowd for our Warriors. I want to start by thanking all the fans for coming out and supporting our boys. We took on a Burrton team that was led by a good senior class. Our boys fought hard and came up on the losing end of things with a final score of 71-6. The boys fought hard all night and never gave up. They are growing as young men and football players. The highlight from the game came from Mark Paillet throwing a nice pass to Kye Chase. The running game is getting better with both Kye and Cole Liby improving every game. Our young offensive line and defensive line are getting better every day. We will be at home again on Friday the 15th against another good Waverly team. Kickoff is at 7 and I hope to see you all there supporting your Warriors as they look for their first win of the season. Go Warriors!!!
