SC Football vs Pawnee Heights 10/13/23

Your Southern Cloud Warriors played at home this last Friday. They took on the Tigers from Pawnee Heights. The Warriors played a pretty good game and came up on the short end of a 49-0 lose. The Warriors are getting better with each game this year. After the game I talked to the boys about how young we are and what this year will do for them going forward. This year we have started 3 freshmen on the offensive side of the ball. There has been as many as 3 freshman and 2 sophomores starting on the defensive side of the ball. The freshmen and sophomores are making great improvements every week. They have a lot to be excited about in the next few years if they keep working hard. The freshmen on this year’s team are, Mark Paillet, Cole Liby, Kevin Iyescas, and Noah Demars. The sophomores on the team are Logan Haley and Brennan Copple. This is a great group of young men and I am proud to be their coach. The Warriors make the trip to Cunningham this Thursday to play the Wildcats. Kickoff is at 6 pm in Cunningham.
